Oklahoma Collective Honors Quarterback Gabriel with Hawaii Getaway Package
The Oklahoma Sooners are right outside the top 10 and hoping for a New Year's Six Bowl Game depending on how things turn out. One big reason for their success has been the play of Dillon Gabriel.
The Sooners quarterback has thrown for 3,260 yards with 27 touchdowns and five interceptions ahead of Friday's season finale against TUC. He has added another five scores on the ground and has done everything well since coming to Norman and taking over for Caleb Williams following his transfer to USC.
The name value he brings is a big one, and Oklahoma's Crimson & Cream NIL Collective is honoring Gabriel in a unique way. The collective is rolling out a Hawaii trip giveaway in honor of the quarterback, per the collective's X account.
The giveaway includes an all-expenses paid trip for five days to Waikiki and other prizes include Gabriel's game-worn cleats from the TCU game, which just happens to be the prize for the early bird members.
The trip to Hawaii is the grand prize for the collective and is honoring Gabriel, but it also includes weekly prizes such as Hal Smith gift cards.
The Crimson & Cream NIL Collective also has deals in place with gymnastics stars Audrey Davis and Jordan Bowers, as well as Gabriel's teammates Andrew Raym, Nic Anderson, and R Mason Thomas.
Its quite the move by the collective, and there is a chance that the TCU game could be the final time Gabriel plays in Norman in a Sooners uniform.
Gabriel and Oklahoma host TCU on Friday at noon ET on FOX.
