Falcons WATCH: Taylor Heinicke Runs for TD, Trims Deficit vs. Bears
Facing a daunting 27-10 deficit in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears (6-9), the Atlanta Falcons (7-8) needed a big play.
And Falcons quarterback Taylor Heinicke provided exactly that, taking off on 3rd and 4 and finding himself in the endzone 24 yards later.

It's the continuation of a strong day for Heinicke on the ground, as he's logged four scrambles for 46 yards and secured his first rushing score of the season, just the third of his career.

Heinicke's had a difficult day through the air, going just nine of 23 for 163 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.
The 30-year-old's scramble capped off an 11-play, 60-yard drive, giving the Falcons their second touchdown of the day while helping trim the deficit to 27-17.
Heinicke entered the afternoon with 11 rushes for 78 yards in his four appearances this season and had only 96 rushing yards in nine starts last year.
While not known for his legs, Heinicke's used his mobility for the better Sunday - and gave Atlanta additional life in the game's final quarter.
