Edge rusher Myles Garrett and Joel Bitonio have earned some All-Pro recognition before the Browns’ first playoff game Saturday in Houston.

The honors have come from players across the NFL, who voted for the second straight year to create the NFL Player Association’s All-Pro list. Garrett and Bitonio were each named All-Pro talents in the first season the list was established a year ago, and both of them reclaimed their spots again in 2024, which signals the respect they have from their NFL peers.

The true All-Pro list — voted by the Associated Press — will be released in a few days, and Garrett and Bitonio could both be on it, too. Garrett is a strong candidate to also receive Defensive Player of the Year honors after finishing tied for seventh in the league with 14 sacks while also amassing four forced fumbles and 86 quarterback pressures, the most in his career.

Bitonio, who has been a first-team All-Pro player the last two seasons, has allowed only two sacks this season, according to Pro Football Focus, and has played in all but two games this year. He was inactive in Week 6 after receiving arthroscopic knee surgery and didn’t play last Sunday when the Browns rested their top starters in the final regular season game. He’s been a Pro Bowler, as well, for each of the last six seasons.

It’s worth noting that Bitonio finished in a tie at his position with Cowboys guard Tyler Smith at first team left guard.
