Wizards Taking On Sixers On A Back To Back

Wizards Hoping To Best The Sixers In Philly Tonight

There is no rest for the best when it comes to any profession in life. That is the case tonight for both the Philadelphia 76ers and the Washington Wizards. Both teams played last night which both resulted in a loss too. The only difference is the Philadelphia 76ers were at home and will be at home tonight once again as they are hosting the Washington Wizards. The Wizards are on a road stretch that started last night in Boston. They are hoping to get a win tonight in Philly.

Both teams have been scrambling since they both made trades to shake up their rosters. Last night, the Wizards played without a big man as they moved on from Daniel Gafford after shipping him to the Dallas Mavericks.

The Philadelphia 76ers are without Joel Embiid for an extended amount of time and Tyrese Maxey has been in and out of the lineup too due to multiple injuries. The Sixers have just acquired Buddy Heild and Cam Payne via trade and that will be the key to victory tonight for both teams.

Guard play will be extremely important in this game. The Washington Wizards had one of their best games as a team last night despite losing to the Celtics. They had a lot of balanced scoring from every starter in the lineup and even got a nice contribution from Corey Kispert off the bench. They went small and gave a matchup problem as they had Kyle Kuzma at Center.

It worked for them last night. It should work for them again tonight, especially with Joel Embiid out. If the Wizards can run and gun tonight, they will have a very good chance at winning tonight in Philadelphia.
