Timberwolves' Kyle Anderson slapped with fine for flopping against Clippers
The play occurred during the fourth quarter of Sunday's win over the Clippers.
The NBA has fined Timberwolves forward Kyle Anderson $2,000 for flopping during the fourth quarter of Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Anderson was defending James Harden on the play and fell backward as Harden stopped and leaned back while taking a shot just 30 seconds into the quarter. It was not called a penalty during the game.

The NBA approved in-game flopping reviews and penalties this past summer.
Anderson had 10 points, three assists, a rebound and a steal in the Timberwolves’ 109-105 win.
