NBA Power Rankings: Spurs vs. Pistons for Last Place?
The San Antonio Spurs are continuing to lose, but they are doing so in style.
After a difficult loss to the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday, they entertained the NBA world on Thursday with a nationally-televised game against Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks. The Spurs lost by a mere four points.

On Sunday, the game came down to the wire again, but the Cleveland Cavaliers escaped with a two-point win, giving the Spurs their 30th loss of the season.
With an 0-3 week, the Spurs remained at No. 29 in the latest power rankings from CBS Sports, one spot ahead of the Detroit Pistons.
"The Spurs lost all three games this week, but the Victor Wembanyama-Giannis Antetokounmpo showdown was one of the most entertaining games of the season thus far," CBS Sports writes. "San Antonio's phenom averaged 24 points, nine rebounds and five blocks in the three losses."
The Spurs begin this week with a matchup against the Pistons on the road before hosting the Charlotte Hornets and Chicago Bulls in a back-to-back at home on Friday and Saturday. Then, San Antonio heads back out on the road against the Atlanta Hawks on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
