Orlando Magic vs. New Orleans Pelicans GAMEDAY Preview: How to Watch, Injury Report

The New Orleans Pelicans provide the first preseason test for the Orlando Magic.

ORLANDO - The Orlando Magic is returning to the court after a long offseason with an exhibition game against the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday night at the Smoothie King Center.

It's the first of four preseason contests for the Magic, a team fully healthy for the first time in years. Everyone is expected to be available for Orlando, but how the team lines up remains a mystery. Coach Jamahl Mosley may insert his five starters from last year -- Markelle Fultz, Gary Harris, Franz Wagner, Paolo Banchero and Wendell Carter Jr. -- but he will have a chance to get experimental with the backups and rookies Anthony Black and Jett Howard.

Orlando Magic guard Jalen Suggs defended by New Orleans Pelicans guard Jose Alvarado.

"I think it's going to be a little bit fluid just because we have so many different guys that can play multiple positions," Mosley said about the team's rotation. "And we're trying to get a feel and read for each what each one of them does. But I think that's going to take time."

A number of Magic players should get their feet wet tonight and that should make fans very excited for what's to come.
