Mets Report Multiple COVID Cases, Postpone Game vs Marlins
The New York Mets were set to finish out a series with the Miami Marlins Thursday night but after positive COVID tests from the Mets organization the game has been postponed.
The Mets had two positive coronavirus tests, one player and one staff member.
Their opponent the Miami Marlins have been battling a COVID-19 outbreak since the season began with 20 total reported cases among team just a few weeks ago.
The Mets are set to play the New York Yankees in a series this weekend at Citi Field.
