Cincinnati Reds' Offense Nonexistent in 3-0 Loss to Baltimore Orioles

CINCINNATI — The Reds lost to the Orioles 3-0 on Friday night at Great American Ballpark.
Cincinnati's bats were cool all night long. Elly De La Cruz was the lone bright spot, finishing 2-for-4 on the night with a single and a double. The rest of the Reds' hitters went a combined 0-for-25.
Hunter Greene got the start for Cincinnati. He pitched 5 2/3 scoreless innings. He allowed five hits, four walks and finished with five strikeouts.
The Orioles scored all three of their runs in the seventh inning off of Emilio Pagan. Jorge Mateo scored on a double by Adley Rutschman to give Baltimore a 1-0 lead. Ryan O'Hearn followed with a two-run homer to center field that put the game away.
Cincinnati falls to 16-16 on the season. They've lost three-straight games.
