Cincinnati Reds Fall to Texas Rangers 2-1 in Series Opener

The Cincinnati Reds lost to the Texas Rangers 2-1 on Friday night.

The game was tied 1-1 for most of the game. Elly De La Cruz scored on a throwing error.

With the game tied 1-1, Marcus Semien hit a home run off of Lucas Sims to give the Rangers the lead for good.

The Reds will tee off against the Rangers once again on Saturday at 4:05 p.m. ET.
