Angels News: MLB Insider Views Halos as Threats in Postseason, Questions Bullpen

The Angels have shown that good things will come to those who wait. In their case, their wait for a postseason appearance may be slowly coming to an end.
Exciting new additions like Mickey Moniak and Zach Neto have helped the team become a more well-rounded club, and they have added depth to a team that desperately needed it.
So, when/if they do get to the postseason, how will they fare?
One writer from the Athletic put it:
The Angels’ bullpen is more of a question. True, it’s sixth in the majors in ERA, but that ranking is deceptive. Angels relievers are allowing the ninth-highest OPS in the majors, and their percentage of stranding inherited runners is the league’s worst. The eventual returns of Matt Moore (oblique) and rookie Ben Joyce (ulnar neuritis) should help, and general manager Perry Minasian could further bolster the relief corps at the deadline.

Much like their crosstown rival, the Angels could be looking to beef up their bullpen at the Trade Deadline. But would that still be enough to push them to the playoffs?
Shohei Ohtani is playing out of his mind right now, Mike Trout is having yet another amazing season, but the season can't fall on just two guys. It has to be an entire team effort.
Right now, the Angels are 5 games back in the AL West, and are in the AL Wild Card race, but as we saw last year, things need to stay the way they are, and the Angels can't regress from what they're doing right now.
If they can keep firing on all cylinders, watch out for them in October, because they have two guys that have been hungry for some post season playing time, and they aren't going to waste it if they get it.
