NBA Playoffs Injury Report - Tuesday, April 25, 2023

Six teams from both the Eastern and Western Conferences will continue their first-round playoff series on Tuesday. Here are all of the key injury updates you need to know for all of the teams in action.

The 2022-23 NBA regular season has come to an end and with the Play-In Tournament coming to an end, it is officially time for the playoffs to begin!

On Tuesday, April 25, six teams from both the Eastern Conference and Western Conference will continue their respective first-round series, as the Atlanta Hawks will take on the Boston Celtics in Game 5, the Minnesota Timberwolves will be in Denver to take on the Denver Nuggets in Game 5 and the Los Angeles Clippers will hit the road to play the Phoenix Suns in Game 5.

All three of these series are currently 3-1 in favor of the higher seeded teams and all three series could come to an end on Tuesday night should the home teams hold strong.

Below is a list of every game set to take place today, as well as every team’s injury report with their updated status leading up to tip-off in each game:


Eastern Conference Playoffs First-Round Game 4: [7] Atlanta Hawks (1-3) vs. [2] Boston Celtics (3-1) - 7:30 p.m. ET.

Hawks Injuries: Dejounte Murray (suspension) - Out

Celtics Injuries: Danilo Gallianri (knee) - Out


Western Conference Playoffs First-Round Game 4: [8] Minnesota Timberwolves (1-3) vs. [1] Denver Nuggets (3-1) - 9:00 p.m. ET.

Timberwolves Injuries: Naz Reid (wrist) - Out, Jaden McDaniels (hand) - Out, Kyle Anderson (eye) - Out, Jaylen Nowell (knee) - Questionable

Nuggets Injuries: NONE


Western Conference Playoffs First-Round Game 4: [5] Los Angeles Clippers (1-3) vs. [1] Phoenix Suns (3-1) - 10:00 p.m. ET.

Clippers Injuries: Paul George (knee) - Out, Kawhi Leonard (knee) - Out

Suns Injuries: Cameron Payne (back) - Probable
