
3-star Ohio cornerback picks Gophers over Michigan State, others
He's the third cornerback to commit to the Gophers in the past couple of weeks.

The 2021 recruiting class got even better for the Gophers on Monday as Tamarion Crumpley verbally committed to the University of Minnesota.
Crumpley, a Cincinnati native from Winton Woods High School, is a 6-foot, 175-pound defensive back. He picked the Gophers over offers from Michigan State, Maryland, Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Boston College and others.
According to 247Sports, Crumpley is a three-star recruit and the third cornerback to commit to the Gophers in the past couple of weeks, joining a pair of four-star recruits, Avante Dickerson and Steven Ortiz.
In the ever-evolving college football recruiting rankings, Minnesota's 2021 group ranks ninth nationally, per 247Sports, and third in the Big Ten.
