WATCH: Utah QB Nate Johnson Ties Game vs. Baylor with Rushing TD

Utah Utes quarterback Nate Johnson picked a perfect time to get in on the rushing fun as well in the team's clutch win over the Baylor Bears on Saturday.

The No. 12 Utah Utes found themselves on the brink of a road upset in Saturday's meeting with the Baylor Bears at McLane Stadium, but managed to pull away with 20-13 win after a clutch play late in the fourth quarter.

No Cam Rising, no problem. The Utes were able to claw their way back in the second half behind stout defense and a dominant rushing attack. Utah quarterback Nate Johnson picked a perfect time to get in on the rushing fun as well, as it was his clutch seven-yard scoring run that tied the game at 13-13 with 1:56 left in the fourth.

This play marked the start of 14 unanswered points by the Utes in the final two minutes of the big road win. Take a look:

In place of Rising, Johnson was solid. He went 6 of 7 passing for 82 yards while adding 11 carries for 32 yards and the touchdown. The Utes also got action from Bryson Barnes, who went 6 of 19 for 71 yards and one interception.

The Utes now move to 2-0 and will take on Weber State next Saturday at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
