Pat Narduzzi's Friday Briefing: Bold Special Teams Claims and Scrimmage Previews

The head coach of the Pitt Panthers previewed Saturday's scrimmage and gave a bold take on his placekickers.

PITTSBURGH -- Ahead of a light practice for his Pitt Panthers on Pittsburgh's South Side, head coach Pat Narduzzi talked about his expectations and hopes for the intrasquad competition, depth at tight end and offensive line and the strength of his special teams unit.

Narduzzi declared that he'd put money on his team having the best trio of placekickers in the country and praised the leadership of sophomore Gavin Bartholomew who, despite being just a sophomore, is at the front of Pitt's tight ends room.
