Where does Kentucky stand in the SEC Basketball standings with three games left?
The Kentucky Wildcats are coming off a big win over the Mississippi State Bulldogs and are looking to finish out SEC play 3-0 to boost their seed in the conference tournament and NCAA Tournament.
Kentucky's three remaining games include Arkansas and Vanderbilt coming to Rupp Arena for what should be two wins, and the final game of the season is a tough road matchup as the Wildcats head to Knoxville.
Mathematically, the Kentucky Wildcats are still in the running to share a piece of the Regular Season SEC Title, but it would take a 3-0 finish plus a collapse from Alabama and Tennessee.
Right now, the goal for the Kentucky basketball team will be to get a top-four seed in the SEC Tournament, which would give the Wildcats a double bye.
The way Kentucky is playing, if they are able to get the double bye, they could hoist the hardware in Nashville, which would be a great confidence boost for the team, with the NCAA Tournament following immediately after.
The SEC has been a gauntlet of late as some of the best teams in college hoops are beating up on one another.
Let's take a look at the standings in the SEC, as we only have three games remaining until the teams meet in Nashville for the SEC Tournament.
