NFL Draft: Bruce Feldman Predicts Malachi Corley As Top Pick For Kansas City
With less than a month remaining until the 2024 NFL Draft, many of the sport's most notable writers are either tweaking or publishing their own mocks. The Athletic's Bruce Feldman released his on Thursday.
Feldman sees Kansas City trading out of the first round and giving Philadelphia the #32 pick while taking the #50 overall pick. Feldman goes on to say that a great selection for the defending Super Bowl champions at that spot would be Western Kentucky receiver Malachi Corley.
"He’s built like a running back, and he looked like college football’s answer to Deebo Samuel the past few years. The guy is lethal with the ball in his hands," Feldman noted in the article. "Corley should be another great chess piece for Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes."
In the past two seasons at Western Kentucky, Corley totaled 180 receptions for over 2,200 yards and 20 touchdowns. The Hilltopper was Conference USA's top receiver last season.
The NFL Draft is scheduled to begin April 25 and last through April 17 in Detroit, Michigan.
