Per the post, Neal will have three years of eligibility remaining.

Neal appeared in 13 games over the previous two seasons for Boise State, totaling three tackles as a Bronco. He was also twice named a Mountain West Scholar-Athlete and was an Academic All-Mountain West selection last season. The Broncos roster has him listed at 5'10" and 174 pounds.

Prior to Boise State, the Atlanta native spent the 2020 season at San Bernardino Community College. SBCC defensive coordinator Kenneth Lawler is a former mentor of former Boise State head coach Andy Avalos.

"The relationships I have made here will forever be cherished. This place will forever be a part of me. Thank you Boise State and the Treasure Valley Community," Neal said on X.

The spring transfer window opens on April 15.
