Coach Prime was so hyper-focused on finishing with a solid win against Nebraska that he didn't realize Shedeur Sanders was six yards away from breaking the 400-yard mark. He talked about pulling the Buffs QB and having his other son, Deion Sanders, Jr. AKA Bucky, inform him of how close Shedeur really was to breaking another century mark in passing yards.

Sanders admitted that if he was aware his son was that close, they would've kept him in the game until he reached 400 yards. But also, couldn't insert him back into the game late with CU up by four scores. Nonetheless, it was another great game for Shedeur Sanders, who finished with 394 yards and three total touchdowns. He's one of the best storylines this year, with nearly 1,000 yards in the first two weeks.

The Deacon Jones Award winner came to CU with 70 TDs in two years at Jackson State. Sanders has perfected his craft with a few NFL legends, earning some well-deserved Heisman buzz.
