Dabo Swinney updates Clemson's December bowl and recruiting schedule.

Clemson faces a busy December as the team prepares for a TaxSlayer Gator Bowl appearance against Kentucky (12/29 - Noon, ESPN) and do their best to finalize their 2024 recruiting class ahead of the Early Signing Period opening on December 20th.
Head coach Dabo Swinney broke down what the program's schedule looks like in the coming weeks.
"We'll practice and recruit Thursday, Friday, Saturday, [and] Sunday. And that'll kind of be our schedule," said Swinney. "Sunday, it'll go dead period, or quiet, and then we can't be on the road. And then Monday is completely dead. And so we'll practice through Tuesday. We'll give the players a couple of days off. [The coaches] will be here through the 20th, Signing Day, all that stuff, and then we'll get down [to Jacksonville], staffs got to be there on the 23rd, [the] team has to be there by the 24th, and we'll kind of have a normal week when we get there."
"We'll have practice that night, the 24th, [will] be like a Monday. Christmas Day, wake up, [and] have a big Christmas celebration, Santa will come, hopefully everybody will be nice and not naughty and get a stocking and some gifts... And then we'll put on full pads and go have a good tough Tuesday practice at Fernandina Beach. And so, have a good week of prep. And so that's that's kind of our "State of Clemson" if you will, right now as far as our schedule and all that stuff."
